- Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years IT support experience
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Experience with Active Directory and Office 365
- Good problem-solving skills
- English required; German is a strong advantage
- EU work permit or Blue Card eligibility
